2. Partner Program Structure

• Promoter Partners can recruit Partners and Affiliates.
• Partners can onboard Affiliates.
• Affiliates can promote services but cannot create sub-levels.
• Earnings follow the commission structure shared on the dashboard or official communication.

3. Registration & Eligibility

• You must be 18+ and legally eligible to receive payments in India.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Maintain an active bank account or UPI ID for payouts.
• Vedic Vaibhav reserves the right to verify and approve/reject applications.

4. Confidentiality & Data Use

• Partner information, performance data, and commission details are confidential.
• Sharing, selling, or misusing internal data without permission is prohibited.
• Any breach may result in termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

5. Commission & Payments

• Commissions are tracked through unique referral links/dashboard.
• Payouts are made once the minimum threshold is reached.
• Fake referrals, fraud, or misuse leads to account termination without payout.

6. Code of Conduct

• Represent Vedic Vaibhav with honesty and respect.
• No misleading claims, false promotions, or unethical activities.
• No spam, offensive content, or religious misrepresentation.
• Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

7. Termination

• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
• Payments may be withheld for fraudulent activities.
• Commission structures may be updated with prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, logos, creatives, and marketing materials belong to Vedic Vaibhav Dot Com Private Limited. Partners may use them only for approved promotions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vedic Vaibhav is not liable for indirect losses, income fluctuations, third-party platform issues, or payment delays.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Patiala, Punjab.
